A proven leader in driving revenue and market expansion, she has partnered with some of the most recognized organizations in healthcare and retail technology, including Amazon Pharmacy, 20 Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Prime Therapeutics, Zebra Technologies and HIMSS. Her ability to align marketing with business goals has made her a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating transformation, scaling efforts, and M&A activity.
 
Under her leadership, MIOD has helped AI, SaaS, healthcare tech, and retail IT companies sharpen their market positioning, drive demand generation, and forge high-value partnerships. One standout success includes supporting a global AI/SaaS retail technology company in developing go-to-market strategies and media campaigns that secured $30M in investment from Goldman Sachs and catalyzed three international M&A deals. As a Senior Marketing Executive at HIMSS, Elizabeth led the global marketing strategy for a broad portfolio of health IT product lines and played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s presence into EMEA and Asia-Pacific markets. Her efforts earned recognition from the ANA Business Marketing and AMCP for outstanding results in brand development and campaign execution. At Peoples Gas, she held corporate marketing responsibility for the $1.1 billion utility, overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget and a team of specialists while driving initiatives across seven divisions.

Jacqueline Bowman is the founder of Third-i bvba, an innovative consultancy based in the EU quarter of Brussels focusing on policy-driven stakeholder engagement. Jacqueline brings almost 20 years’ healthcare & life sciences policy-driven advocacy, stakeholder engagement and strategic alliance-building experience to the table. She has spent her 20-year career in EU and global health policy and stakeholder engagement environments in Brussels, EMEA. She began as an Advisor to a Member of the European Parliament on international human rights issues, moved through global consultancies, international institutions and international NGOs focusing on policy-driven stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy. Jacqueline holds an LLB Hons (English Law & French Law), a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Communications and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School. She speaks French fluently with a passive knowledge of Flemish.
